How do I collect customer information?
We give you a unique QR code for your business. Display it at your counter, on receipts, or on signage. When customers scan it they enter their name, email, and birthday to join your loyalty program.
What email service does the platform use?
By default your automated emails are sent through our platform. On Growth and Multi-location plans you can connect your own SMTP credentials so emails come from your business domain.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no contracts or lock-ins. You can cancel your account from your settings page at any time.
How does review generation work?
The day after a customer visits (tracked via your loyalty QR scan), they automatically receive an email asking how their experience was. If they rate it 4 or 5 stars, they are directed to your Google review page.
What happens after the 30-day trial?
You will receive an email reminder before the trial ends. If you choose to continue, you will enter your billing information and be charged the monthly plan price.
